Draft 2017: Browns seleciona Myles Garrett na 1ª escolha geral; confira 1ª rodada
Como a maioria das simulações colocaram, Myles Garrett foi selecionado na primeira escolha do geral do Draft da NFL 2017 pelo Cleveland Browns. O talentoso defensive end era o principal nome do recrutamento nesta temporada.

Atuando pela universidade Texas A&M, Garret, de 21 anos, entrou em 34 jogos, nas temporadas 14/15/16. Soma 141 tackles, 31 sacks, uma interceptação e sete fumbles forçados.
Trocas
O Chicago Bears subiu uma posição para escolher o QB Mitchell Trubisky (North Carolina), cedendo a terceira escolha geral, uma escolha da quarta e uma da quinta rodada deste ano, além de uma escolha na terceira rodada de 2018 para o San Francisco 49ers.
O Kansas City Chiefs subiu para a escolha de número 10, que era do Buffalo Bills para selecionar um lançador: Patrick Mahomes II, de Texas Tech.
Como se já não tivesse muitas escolhas nessa primeira rodada, o Browns ainda adquiriu a escolha 29 do Green Bay Packers.
No fim, o 49ers ficou com a pick 31, trocando com o Seattle Seahawks.
